The macaroons I purchased were excellent and exceeded my expectations. The only issue I had was that they were a bit pricy (including shipping I payed close to $40).

I was on vacation this past summer and picked up a lb of Almond cookies for my husband. That is the only cookie he likes and he loved them. Right before Christmas he said - I wish I could get those almond cookies again. The light bulb went on and I went on-line and ordered 2lbs as a surprise for him. Needless to say he was more than thrilled when that package came on the 23rd. Right before Christmas. I was shocked I received them so quickly and so happy I took the chance and ordered them. I ordered these almond macaroons to follow a generation's old gelatin recipe that called for fresh almond macaroons. No coconut! These macaroons were delicious and the dessert was a hit. Great-grandma (age 97) said I got it! That was a huge compliment! I've ordered them again to make for Christmas. They are great right out of the tub too! Thanks!

Never met anyone who doesn't LOVE almond macaroons AND they're gluten free AND can be frozen - that is, if you have any left to freeze... They are so good that we seldom do.
